Forms
Select Tools - Forms from the main menu to get to this screen.
Screen Layout
Forms are used to assist you with your data entry into this software. They are designed to fit on a clipboard so that you can write entries during your work day, and then input them into the software later. The forms are geared towards the layout of the log entry screen, making it much easier to input.
