Updates
Registered versions that are not expired are allowed to upgrade to new versions. Use the Check For Updates button on the main screen to determine if an update exists. Updates are available only to non-expired, registered versions.

Telephone support is available at 800-827-3164 (U.S. and Canada) or 928-772-8710 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. U. S. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. On weekends or holidays, please send an e-mail...it just might get answered before normal office hours resume.
You must have your registration number in order to get support.
Support is also provided for installation and registration.
If a Data File "Breaks" ...
Please contact support if you experience data problems.
